Jessica grew up in Vancouver, BC, and after years of living in different parts of the world, settled with her family in the Comox Valley in 2019. Her background in culinary arts, sustainable agriculture, and community-based mentorship continues to shape her belief in connection, care, and resilience.
She offers counselling from a small, quiet clinic on the edge of town, creating a calm and welcoming space to slow down and settle in. Jessica works with individuals across a wide range of experiences, and her approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together with her clients, she gently explores patterns and challenges to support meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of her practice, she lives on a small hobby farm in Courtenay and enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time in nature with friends and family. She studied at City University in Victoria and is currently awaiting her RCC designation.
